1. The service
MultichRecord is an audio utility for recording multiple tracks, monitoring input, playing and editing audio, managing local projects, applying available effects, and exporting or sharing files. Features may vary by App version, device, operating system, connected audio hardware, and region.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally able to enter into this agreement. If you are under the age of legal majority in your country, use the App only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.
3. License and acceptable use
You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, subject to applicable App Store rules.
You may not:
- reverse engineer, decompile, modify, bypass security controls, or extract source code except where applicable law expressly permits it;
- resell, rent, sublicense, distribute, or commercially host the App without permission;
- interfere with the App, connected systems, or another person's use of the App; or
- use the App for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, infringing, or harmful activity.
4. Recordings and user content
You keep any rights you lawfully hold in audio, projects, and other content you create or import. Using the App does not transfer ownership of your content.
You are responsible for your content and for obtaining all permissions required to record, edit, reproduce, export, or share it. This may include consent from recorded individuals and rights relating to music, performances, voices, privacy, publicity, confidential information, and intellectual property. Recording laws differ by location; you must follow the laws that apply to you.
5. Local files, backups, and sharing
Projects and recordings are primarily stored on your device. You are responsible for keeping adequate backups, checking available storage, and verifying important recordings before relying on them. Uninstalling the App, deleting a project, device failure, operating-system cleanup, or failed storage may permanently remove local files.
When you export or share a file, you choose the destination. Third-party apps, cloud services, and recipients are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
6. Intellectual property
The App, including its software, interface, graphics, documentation, trademarks, and underlying technology, is protected by intellectual-property laws and belongs to its respective rights holders. Except for the limited license above, no rights are granted to you.
7. Updates and third-party services
The App may be updated, changed, suspended, or discontinued to improve features, maintain compatibility, address security issues, or comply with law. Some features depend on iOS, the App Store, connected hardware, or third-party software. Those services may change or become unavailable independently of MultichRecord.
Your use of the App is also subject to the Privacy Policy and any mandatory terms imposed by the platform through which you obtained it.
8. Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available.” No guarantee is made that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every device or audio interface, or suitable for a particular professional purpose. Recording results can be affected by hardware, cables, storage, battery level, operating-system behavior, external devices, and the recording environment.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App's provider and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost recordings, lost data, lost profits, business interruption, or third-party claims arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.
10. Termination, changes, and disputes
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it. Your license may end if you materially violate these terms. Provisions that should reasonably survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability limits, will remain effective.
These terms may be updated when the App, applicable law, or platform requirements change. The updated version will show a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the provider of the App, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country. Disputes will be handled by a court of competent jurisdiction unless applicable law provides otherwise.
